Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) – All Service Members (TCCC-ASM, Tier 1)

A 7-8 hour foundational course for all personnel (military and civilian equivalents). Teaches basic life-saving interventions under fire, including massive hemorrhage control, airway management, and casualty evacuation. Ideal for non-medical responders. NAEMT/CoTCCC-certified; prepares participants to "Bleed Out Here So You Don’t Bleed Out There™." Target Audience: DoD/VA personnel, law enforcement, responsible civilians. Certification: NAEMT TCCC-ASM wallet card (valid 4 years).

A 40-hour intermediate course bridging basic and advanced skills. Focuses on replicating combat medic techniques in austere environments when medical support is delayed. Covers advanced hemorrhage control, IV access, and prolonged care basics. Primarily for military but adaptable. Target Audience: Military non-medics, select law enforcement teams. Certification: NAEMT TCCC-CLS (CAPCE-accredited).

A 63-64 hour advanced course for medical providers. Includes comprehensive MARCH algorithm, surgical airways, needle decompression, and trauma management in combat. CoTCCC-compliant for deploying personnel. Target Audience: Military medics/corpsmen, VA/DoD providers, TEMS/SWAT medics. Certification: NAEMT TCCC-CMC (CAPCE-accredited, NREMT-recognized).

A 16-hour civilian-focused course (with 8-hour LEO variant available). Teaches phased care (Direct Threat, Indirect Threat, Evacuation) for high-risk scenarios like active shooters. Includes hemorrhage control, pediatric care, and victim extraction. Endorsed by American College of Surgeons. Target Audience: EMS, law enforcement, first responders, civilians. Certification: NAEMT TECC provider card (16 CAPCE credits, valid 4 years).

Advanced 40-80 hour training (customizable) for extended austere care when evacuation is delayed. Covers telemedicine, nursing care, ventilation, and resource management per CoTCCC Prolonged Casualty Care guidelines. Prepares for ranch-based expeditionary scenarios. Target Audience: Advanced medical providers (medics, physicians), deploying teams. Certification: CoTCCC-aligned PFC completion (integrates with TCCC).

A 2–4 hour entry-level course teaching immediate response to life-threatening bleeding using tourniquets, wound packing, hemostatic agents, and direct pressure. Developed by NAEMT with leadership from the Hartford Consensus and American College of Surgeons—aligns perfectly with Stop the Bleed initiatives. Emphasizes "seconds count" in active shooter/mass casualty events. Target Audience: Civilians, teachers, security personnel, non-tactical first responders, community groups. Certification: NAEMT B-Con provider card (valid 2–4 years; often no CEUs required for basics).
