In 2026, DEVGRPTAC—a Texas-based, home-operated Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)—will attempt to acquire a 5,000+ acre Ranch in Texas, transforming it into Texas's premier private expeditionary tactical medicine training center. Funded through veteran-priority financing (VLB Land Loan, SBA 504, seller carry-back) and early revenue streams (hay production from 500+ arable acres and TXNG/VA pilot contracts), this turn-key facility will feature a 5,000-ft gravel airstrip for rapid aeromedical integration, live-fire trauma lanes, shoot houses, and a 24-bed dormitory to support full-spectrum austere training. Additional goals include Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) projects with DoD partners, USDA REPI conservation easements for sustainable land use, and expanded Prolonged Field Care (PFC) scenarios leveraging 3+ miles of Creek. This expansion realizes DEVGRPTAC's mission: delivering NAEMT/CoTCCC-certified TCCC/TECC/PFC training while maximizing SDVOSB sole-source opportunities (up to $7M per award) to "Bleed Out Here So You Don’t Bleed Out There™."
